Dalia El-Saadani broke into the world of men without hesitation, as her
work in construction and design needs strength and endurance to face o lot
of challenges, especially in the eastern community..
After gaining 7 awards in an Italian global contest, El- Saadani was ranked
12th among the best designers and architects in the world for her two great
works “Eye of Ra” and ‘ Tahrir Square”.
Last year, she was also ranked 72th among the best 100 architects around
the world in the fields of architecture and design.
In addition to receiving four international awards in the field of creative
design from the Italian high-level A’ Design Awards, Saadani managed this
year to get 7 awards in the same contest, to be ranked 12th among the
best-known designers around the world for 2014.
Thanks to these awards, Egypt jumped from the 182 rank to the 25th rank
in the world In The field of design and architecture.
El- Saadani got the Platinum Award for “Eye of Ra”, a piece of furniture
designed in the form of Eye of Ra in the ancient Egyptian history to be a
place of rest in streets and public squares.
aims to integrate ancient Egyptian history with the futuristic methodology of
the design, which is a literal translation of an ancient Egyptian religious tool
to be a piece of furniture that could be used by all people in
El-Saadani, a young architect, graduated from the Faculty of Engineering,
Alexandria University, then completed her education in Italy.
