Egyptian Consultant Group celebrated the graduation of the seventh
Class of students of the initiative ” Graduation , then start work”,
organized by the group, headed by Engineer Amr   alluba board
chairman, Dr. Nevin Abdul Khaleq , the Deputy Managing Director of
the group, in cooperation with the Egyptian European Institution for
training and development.
Consultant Amr   Alluba , chairman of Engineering Consultants’ Group,
said that the group supervised the training and rehabilitation of 500
trainees of fresh graduates of the faculties of all majors of the
group’s academy for having qualified engineers ready for the market,
within the initiative by group “Graduation, then start work.
Alluba confirmed that engineers are the most important pillars in the
development process, especially that Egypt is about to enter an
important economic stage combines establishing national and
investment projects in all sectors, as well as the flow of foreign
investments to the Egyptian market, which require specific kind of
engineers of high efficiency.
Dr. Nevin   Abdelkhalek in a private interview with “FUZED” s a id that
the idea of the program actually started in 2010 with “The
Engineering Consultants’ Group”, “Businessmen Association” and
“Egyptian European Institution for training and development”. the
program includes 250 hours; 1 00 Hour engineering skills, 100
hours of personal skills, and 30 hours of collective action between
different sections which aim at the end to the production of one
project, as well as to 20 hours of community service.
She added that we have each year approximately 4,000 applicants,
only 150 students are accepted, but this year the number was 500
students after intensive efforts,
