Welcome to Food Africa & Macfruit Attraction 2017

Dear Exhibitors and Visitors,

On behalf of IFP Group (International Fairs and Promotions) and Konzept, we are thrilled to welcome you all to the 3rd edition of Food Africa, the International Trade Exhibition for Food & Beverages.

We take pride in the event’s evolvement over the course of just two years. Last year saw the introduction of Mac Fruit Attraction, the global initiative devoted to the fresh produce industry, bridging the gap between local, regional, and

international traders and vendors of fresh goods.

This year, Food Africa is spreading its branches to present new features including the Egypt Food Avenue; a new initiative of the Egyptian Chamber of Food Industries and the Food Export Council in cooperation with the UNIDO/Green Trade Initiative. It is devoted to local startups, SMEs and new exporters to help expand their businesses.

Another new-comer to the exhibition is Sea Food Africa; a special section dedicated to fish and seafood. It will showcase a broad range of fresh, dried, frozen, and processed fish and seafood products, along with industry-related services.

Combining a versatile international exhibition area, a specialized conference to stay atop of industry developments, a dedicated Hosted Buyers Program to maximize ROI, and exciting new features, Food Africa 2017 proves to be the leading comprehensive event for the agro-food industry in Egypt and Africa.
