What are the obstacles you have faced in the Egyptian market so far?

The main challenge at the beginning was the clients’ perception for the
smart home systems, they perceive it as difficult to use, “nice to have” not
“must to have” and it needs high investment. We have overcome this
obstacle by raising awareness about the importance of the smart systems in
the new homes; security and safety, home management and saving energy,
in parallel, we built affordable marketing packages that take smart home as
a journey not as a one time investment.
