Ghaly has continuously presented countless creative works in the field of
architecture and decoration; including, but not limited to, his well- known
works which have greatly impressed architectural art in Movenpick Hotel-
Sharm El Sheikh in Naama Bay and Abu Sultan Hotel in Fayed district.
Moreover, such great works included his masterpiece Durrat al- Mahshi
Hotel in Taba, al-Maaweh Palace in Jordan, al- Wosool Square and
Sahl   Hasheesh Bay in Hurghada , Mohamed Ali Club on El Bahr El Aazam
road and Nubian Village in Aswan. Ghaly’s works also included a wide
range of houses such as Bait Ali Mango in Jordan, Bait el- Haraneya , Bait
Ghaly and Bait Nasir   Shammah .
Ghaly has got many awards and prizes in appreciation for his great
progress and excellent works in the fields of architecture and decoration.
He won the First Award of Abu Dhabi Fund Development (ADFD) in 1987
and Appreciation Award of the Association of Egyptian Architects in 1 992.
Moreover, Ghaly was nominated for Aga Khan Award for Architecture
(AKAA) in 1999, Egyptian Architects Conference’s Excellency Award in
Heritage Architecture and Tourism in 2006, Africa Union of Architects’
(AUA) Qualification Award in 2008 and African Union of Architecture’s
Award in 2014.
