– Sorting the displayed material to prepare the scenario of the display to convey a sense
of anticipation and interest This will give the dramatic build up as that in published
article.
– The development of this scenario into a journey through the museum between the
displayed materials. This will create a learning atmosphere that is hosted in this historic
building that represents the history of the city and country.
– The architectural and interior design for reaching the best results in making this
historic building into a modern, state of the art museum that hosts all the needed
modern technological ways for display, lighting and documentation. Also, all the
needed services, AC security systems and more.  
– Different alternatives were made for the architectural and interior solutions of the
uses of different items in the building. Like the use of the roof and the covering of the
courtyard.
– The design took in consideration not to mix the new with the old style of the building.
Keeping the building identity was achieved by enhancing its architectural vocabulary.
The choice of materials had a major part in the design concept. The use of transparent
and light structures helped in achieving the goal of keeping the historic building identity
and fulfilling the design aspirations without confusing the visitors and user of the
museum.
