8-the designer used the mountain & caes as a natural treatment for cooling &
ven tilation to cool down temp.in scraper by using cross ventilation due to pressure
difference.
DESIGNING PROCEDURES
1- Nature design building environment & as an impact it reflets its soul into it.
2- Egypt nowadays became over crowded in a way that there is no more sites to set new
projects to be an absorbtion target for more tourism investments. ( Site Choice)
3- The Human architecture life passed by 3 stages :-
a-Building over Hills & mountains b-Building down hills & mountains c-Building
Perpendicular to mountains ” on mountain cliffs”
4- The 3rd stage represents the futuristic concept for living in the 21 century with
gaining all the benefits of viewing the old victorical city
5- The design came out to reuse the city views & resources in new architectural eng.
Solutions by building a scraper on mountain cliff.
6- the concept is all about respecting the phantom limbs of the historical country in a
futuristic way that takes kernels of all Egyptians & tourists around the world to make
them proud of their new minerate.
