The exhibitions land and new international conferences project in Cairo will grant Egypt a place on the map of international conferences industry which yields annual revenues of about 350 billion dollars worldwide.
Egypt targets to achieve 2.2 billion dollars in revenue for the state for a period of 3 years subject to increase. The project aims to link the exhibitions land with the international conference hall through a fast portable train “Monorail”.
The economic study of the project refers to the project’s ability to achieve annual profits as well as supporting and developing trade and Egyptian industrial products as well as attracting international tourism. Also, the project is able to confirm an important message to the international community about the stability of the situation in Egypt and that it’s keen to develop its infrastructure to serve the objectives of trade, investment and tourism, to stimulate the economic relations between Egypt and the world and finally to provide opportunities for our companies to introduce the world to our products and take advantage of international expertise and globally high-tech industries.
