Al Riyadh Walk is a new mixed-use development with a unique location in
Riyadh, KSA. The site is on the North Ring Road at Al-Nakheel district
with a total land plot of 136,000 square meters. The Project shall include
an open air mall “The Walk” over 70% of the land plot with a total BUA of
70,000 square meters, boutique home offices with a total BUA of 25,000
square meters and a five-star boutique hotel with around 100 keys. EHAF
worked with a team of international consultants to prepare the concept and
schematic architecture designs and then proceeded to produce detailed
designs and tender documents including all the engineering works for the
project.
