REVIVAL OF THE HERITAGE BUILDINGS
To deliver the cultural, humanitarian and architectural message contained in
the building to the new generations clearly through survival of the valuable
building to the present age and playing a positive role in society.
To invent new civilized look helps to strengthen the sense of belonging and
integration of the city’s past, present and future in a distinct unit that gives a
sense of cultural continuity and gives the visitors the sense of
distinctiveness and uniqueness of this city.
To maintain the building and the continuity of maintenance using its income
(sustainability), which put no financial burden on the state, in addition to
the provision of costs of establishing a new building to perform this
function, taking advantage of the outstanding location and distinguished site
of the valuable building.
The building was converted from residential purpose to commercial
administrative in line with uses in this region where there are many banks,
administrative buildings and commercial shops, which provides the
opportunity to make full use of this building in the administrative business
which in turn will help to continue its maintenance and current status.
