Real Estate Investment

The company aims at expanding its work in the real estate projects, at the
present, execution of a housing, commercial and administrative complex at
Somoha district in Alexandria and housing community in Sheraton
Heliopolis suburb in Cairo, are underway.
Foreign Branches
With branches in Sudan and KSA, the company started working in the
Republic of Sudan over 15 years ago and currently executing two major
road projects.
The first extends 145 km and connects Gedaref town, which falls 450 km
to the south east of Khartoum the capital until Samsam & Um El khair near
the Ethiopian Border.
The second is 180 km long connecting Toker south of Port Sudan till
Garora near the border with Eretria.
