started since the seventies and the size of its market has been increased
clearly and nowadays it goes between 800 pillion dollars to 1 trillion
American dollars, as it is now growing with rabid rates which goes between
10- 15% annually. Also the international market for the Islamic instrument
is worth with nearly 80 pillion dollars, as it grew with five extra times in the
period from 2004 to 2007 ,but the publish of these instruments has go back
to its least rates in the last three years d u ring the year of 2008 to reach
only 15,8 pillion dollars to 46,7 pillion dollars in the year of 2007; however,
we can say that the Islamic finance, form only a mere drop in the financial –
monitory’s ocean all over the world, and its potentials are promising, also
people need to understand that the Islamic finance sector is a mean to
practice works which goes with (sharia), as it is a moral alternative for
investment that has integrity, and social responsibility, in addition, it is the
way contribute in the variety to the investors. The Egyptian market is
replete with many potential opportunities in the Islamic finance field, due to
the existence of wide social strata which prefer dealing with such kind of
