healthcare and   beauty activities, including a highly serviced SPA, Gym, aerobic and
martial.
arts halls, beauty polar, Plastic surgery, beauty and regime clinics, indoor pool,
relaxing areas, Healthy and organic restaurants, Green shops, Cultural activities. A Yin
Yang setup emphasizing a Contrast between two, paradoxical, Yet complementing
entities, Collected in one shape or ribbon using this shape infinite collector which is
protruding to connect it even with the mosque and daily use activities of the
compound where the project is allocated to perform an iconic value. An iconic
pattern underlining the notion of:” Diversity with unity’s and unlashing a kinetic
design matching with new dynamic city and being on the mehwar . Yet focusing on
the diversified levels of privacy public VS private, introvert VS extrovert, opened VS
covered, darkVS light… etc. which are another dialogs achieved and communicated in
this matrix of multipurpose activities.
Landscape is a direct expansion for the interior design and usage “from within out”
fluid continuity especially on the recreation activates where the outdoor is playing a
massive role. As well as parking are consisted in a huge podium gathering all the
upper activities and achieving quick and easy circulatory and access.
