strengthen this new pole for knowledge production.
The square access is south-facing of the soil, according to the proposal, receives the
head connection with the city of Cairo. Along with this space, there is an offsite
parking that prioritizes public transport, as well as tour buses, taxis, etc. The water
predominates in the square for its potential to reflect the elements proposed
simultaneously with the stars, where the built become part of the universe. Multiple
walkways on the water create a dynamic ride that invites the visitor to enter the
scientific campus. The vegetation is part of this composition and creates an
achievement in the face of the great desert, providing a more pleasant environmental
condition and offer the public the opportunity to park in shaded areas by trees. The
observatory tower has a total area of 9.020 m2 and its construction is idealized for the
first phase   of implantation. It is characterized by predominantly public use. Its
structure is mixed composed of concrete and metal. The access walkway is supported
by hollow circular structures, both in concrete, 5 meters in diameter. These walkway
structures are designed to receive houses machines for water treatment and deposit of
