This makes the (January 25) city a national project to start opening and settling in the

desert (I don’t mean desert invasion). It is a step to write Egypt’s future date in a place
that is away not less than 300-400 kilometers from the valley, but the modern roads
and railway stations can connect between the city and the valley in one hour or less (
as in Europe, the average speed of trains is 300 km/h). In the same time, this distance
will allow settlement for the city and ensure that the city will not be adhering to the
valley not to be an extra burden on the 5% of the total space of the Nile River valley as
the case with all the new cities like: 6th of October City, 10th of Ramadan City and
other cities.
Let this city be an opportunity for all the Egyptian people to express their ideas about
achieving their future dream and building a strong civilization. Moreover, the city
planning should go in parallel with solving Egypt’s urgent problems. In the course of
preparing new generations, the Egyptian dream should be the graduation project of all
university students in all specifications, Master’s theses, Ph.D. theses, researches and
conferences in all universities making benefit from Egypt’s scientific references like;
Gamal   Himdan, Farouk AI-Baz , Ahmed Zewail , Roushdy EI- Sayed , Moustafa EI- sayed ,
in addition to all available studies and researches in universities, institutions and centers
in Egypt and all over the world. It is Allah (alone) Whose help can be sought.
