With varied experience in a cademic management, academic research, teaching,
cinsultancy and research based practice, Dr. salama bridges theory and design, and
pedagogy and practice in his professional activities. With a regular citation record, he
has published over 160 articles and research papers in high quality international
journals, local and international conferences, and trade magazines; authored and

lectures and keynotes in over 30 countries in several prestigious institutions including
Harvard GSD- Graduate school of design, ETH- swiss federal Institute of
technology, and TUM- Technical University of munich. He was member of the
UIA\   UNESCO international committee of architectural Education, and the director
of architectural Education work program of the international Union of architects-
