The conference center is designed as an extension to the administrative headquarters
creating a smooth connectivity Along with a separate entrance for the building to
accommodate the media and the public. The building houses a conference hall, Media
center and an exhibition hall. The dormitory is designed to accommodate for two
separate teams at the same time within an intermediate space between the
administrative building and the playing courts. The dormitory houses also had an inner
garden, restaurant and a health care
center.
The architectural design was derived from Islamic architecture preferences concerning
shades and inner courts with natural ventilation created in anew slick and modern
design. Finally a number of ten separated villas are allocated on the other end of
the  play courts with a separate entrance to accommodate mainly administrative
personal/ coaches / etc. the villas overlook an inner landscape and a pool with a number
of accommodation facilities. For the entire complex, DSC was aspired to introduce a
new perspective in the sport industry and a place for new athletes to thrive and grow.
