2. Building and Construction
Nasr General Contracting Company (NGCC) has carried out the project of
Mubarak City for Scientific Search and Technology in Borg El Arab of
Alexandria. The city is a pyramid-shape special architectural landmark, in
addition to developing Alexandria Port Authority. Moreover, NGCC has
implemented the projects of Cairo Gateway for land and regional transport
in el- Torgman and New Passenger Building in Assiut International Airport.
Furthermore, NGCC has constructed Omeir bin Youssef Building; a 24-
floor tower built according to the highest world standards in the heart of
Abu Dhabi in the UAE.
Additionally, the Company is currently carrying out Imbaba Airport
Development Project, Mubarak City for Scientific Research and
Technology Applications Project, in addition to the projects of Al Jazeera
Museum and Development of 1 st and 6th districts of Alexandria port.
Q: What are the most important projects carried out by your company
throughout its success journey?
A: The Company has carried out major projects in all civil construction
sectors; the most important of which are.
1. Roads, bridges and flyovers:
– We have accomplished 1 23 km of the International Coastal Road
extending from Port Said to the west of Alexandria, including 32 bridges
with a total length of 30 km.
– We have constructed two major projects, among the most important
bridges for Ring Road; namely Saft El- Laban corridor with 4.7-km length
two levels and El- Mariotia bridge with 2-km length, in addition to our
record-breaking implementation of new Qalyub bridge.
– The development of road No. (3) of Cairo-Alex desert road with 25-km
length and construction of three bridges in crossroads and U- turns.
-Talkha bridge built over the Nile with 7.7 km length
