scientific knowledge. For example, as to biological research, we can reach a more
accurate conclusion if more people do the research in more places.
There is huge gap between the fast-changing scientific technology and how newspaper
articles describe it and how it is taught in school. We need a new system in order to
keep up with scientific development, expect the result, keep record of and discuss a
variety of opinions, and understand the consequences of the scientific technology. The
product of the test bed in Science Park will be applied to the 6th of October Smart
City. Any general public will be able to do a research using Big data.
The public involvement and interest in science will bring progress and improve the
problems we face. Science Park will function as a research and exhibition institution,
demonstrating itself as a hub of Egyptian science embracing rapid scientific changes.
Outdoor Space
Science Park consists of 88,200 m2 of outdoor area, circulating trail, and service
routes. We will
Zone various thematic areas featuring interactive and sustainable system. Also, the park
will be decorated with plants suitable to Egyptian climate.
To keep the park sustainable, we will generate and circulate water utilizing plants and
outdoor sculptures such as Water Tower and Sustainable Ring. Also, for the park
circulation system, a water source like an oasis will increase the usage of the park.
