HOW WE CAN DATE THE FUTURE OF EGYPT
The first step we need to write the Egypt future date is to get us all around a national
project “AN EGYPTIAN DREAM” which adapts the January 25 Revolution and builds a
new human being drawing his heritage from the Egyptian civilization, but in the
language of the science era. This project will gather all the Egyptians with different
generations, specialties, and categories to share the new concepts and constitution.
All the Egyptian inside and outside scientists, ministries, concerned authorities,
private sector, investment sector and international cooperation sector have to
participate in achieving this dream with emphasis that 5% of the total space of the
Nile River valley cannot accept more population. Egypt has to go out of the valley to
plan and build the desert that is 95% of the total space of Egypt in the existence of the
project “Development Corridor” as one of the proposed scenarios, in addition to
accepting all the other scenarios. So, the first step of achieving the Egyptian dream
needs an initiative depending on planning, going beyond feasibility studies and
inspiring the soul of will, potential energy and new atypical ideas from the January 25
Revolution.
The leading project that can be a new starting point for Egypt is building a new political
capital to be the city of the Egyptian dream deriving energy from the Nile River valley
and from the Fatimid Calif AI Muizz’s Cairo (Old Cairo). In addition, it will be a
solution for Egypt’s successive and sophisticated problems, especially as 18 million
people will live in it. This makes it the first model of the future Egyptian cities and
settlements planned for the coming generations.
