The Museum of Civilization, in this year it sees the light by its partial opining, after

being kept for more than 30 years uncertain where to implemented. A distinctive
project that displays the Egyptian civilization is not a museum of traditional relics
appreciates future generations (children) and allocates space in each hall to express
their future with their hopes. The museum is not in conflict with the large Egyptian
museum that is currently being implemented, which, its location was very debatable
between supporters and opponents.
The new administrative capital, the Minister of Housing said that the reason for
choosing the site is that Cairo is growing towards the east. All plans and visions indicate
that this is the natural extension, so the new capital will lie east of the regional ring
road, indicating that it is only a natural growth and extension of Cairo. Here I can
confirm that we are taking serious steps towards the city of Dinosaur, which increases
in size and gets out of control and devours its services. That leads to deteriorate the
quality of life and disparity between citizens in terms of the ability to reach services.
Is this what our children are dreaming of their future? Do they dream of a dinosaur city
to swallow its services and cannot control it..? Or they dream of a new center of gravity
for Egypt suits with its plans for future development, and takes us out of the narrow
valley and does not reduce Egypt in Cairo..!!?
Mall of Egypt, opened in March 2006 with a total investment of 722 million US
